First of all, the staff are kind, so the hospital overall feels warm. I went to five places, and only here did they say I didn't need septoplasty. I said my silicone was tilted to the right, but they said it was to the left, and the side where breathing is uncomfortable is the right side, but on CT the left side is narrower. They said it could be because the cartilage on the right is a bit bent and that they would check it during surgery. Out of the five consults, only two places actually touched my nose.
