First of all, the doctor seems like a cheerful old-man type. He deliberated between autologous costal cartilage and donor costal cartilage, and considering that I am young, he said to use donor costal cartilage. I also felt burdened by autologous costal cartilage, so I liked that part. He said he would use good donor cartilage. But I think there was a bit of cigarette smell during the consultation And instead of a detailed and kind explanation, it felt more like, "Anything works~," so my trust level dropped a little.
