The only hospital where the first surgery consultation had no consultation fee and they recommended donated rib cartilage. They even took a CT, and it was the only place that offered coffee and snacks without charging a consultation fee. They said the septum size was ambiguous. When I said I wanted to do it with only the septum, they said they wouldn't be able to raise it much and I wouldn't be satisfied with the result. They told me not to get surgery if I was only going to use 1-2 mm of silicone. The consultation ended quickly and I felt like there wasn't much professional explanation, so that was a bit disappointing. It seems like a hospital that focuses more on rib cartilage than the septum.
