First, I applied for the consultation through Naver booking and then confirmed it by phone. The consultation was originally scheduled for 4:10 PM, and when I went to the desk and said I had a consultation reservation, they told me to wait a little, so I did. But 40 minutes passed and they still had not called my name! So I asked the desk, and they said the doctor had gone into surgery so I would have to wait a bit longer... Then they should have just scheduled the consultation for 5 PM from the start instead of keeping people waiting and doing what
