At first, there were no negative reviews and it was a place many people recommended by word of mouth, so I made a reservation, and it was already so fully booked that I had huge expectations. In the end, a cancellation opened up and I was able to consult sooner than expected, but the director seemed to prioritize safety above all else. I also went because the aesthetics and the post-op nose photos were so pretty, but when I actually saw someone who had had it done there, it looked more obvious than I expected..
