For my first surgery, I was quoted 6.95 million won. My nose is short and low. So they said they would put in custom silicone 3.5 to 4 mm in the bridge and 4.8 mm at the tip, while using autologous cartilage for the tip and columella. Because 4 mm silicone can show through, they would add donor dermis or temporal fascia, bringing it up to 550,000 won extra. It was so expensive that honestly I kept wavering, but the reason I still decided on this place was that the director had a very strong aesthetic sense.
