They did not fix the consultation schedule all at once. The day before, I suddenly got a call saying that because of the director's surgery, they had to move my appointment from morning to afternoon... They said this hospital is normally like that... that they usually change it the day before to fit the director's schedule... I was very taken aback by the call...! If you keep changing it like that, office workers cannot make it. I was looking forward to the consultation because it is a popular hospital, so it was really disappointing... I decided to proceed somewhere else instead of this hospital. I will visit next time.
