Everything else is good, but the staff friendliness really drags the place down. Seriously, it felt like they came in wanting to fight with me, what would they even gain from that?? And on top of that, I booked a consultation on Thursday through Naver, and when I called on Thursday to confirm, they said it is a call-center-only day and they are not seeing patients that day, so the booking could not be made (even though Naver was open...). Then they yelled at me while telling me, "You cannot get a consultation." I had only asked in a really normal and polite way... Why suddenly get angry..? Everything else was okay, but I probably will not go.
