The director took the consultation down to very fine details, which I liked. He explained in detail, while looking at the CT scan, how the surgery would be done. There was no excessive recommendation, and personally I didn't feel there was any need to shave the cheekbones at all, and before I even said anything, he told me that the cheekbones didn't need surgery. At some other hospitals, when I went for a consultation, they kept saying I absolutely had to shave the cheekbones, which didn't fit my aesthetic sense, but he was honest and realistic
