When I visited, there were quite a few people waiting, but the wait was not as long as I thought. More than anything, the director was very straightforward and checked everything very carefully. Rather than emphasizing the ideal look, he tried to find the feeling the patient had in mind. He didn't just mark the line once or twice and stop; he kept checking until I was satisfied. He kept asking for my opinion in between, so the atmosphere felt comfortable enough to talk. And the director reflected my needs well. It felt like he was really trying to find the most flattering look for my face? That was what I liked.
