I went because it was a hospital recommended by my usual dentist, and they said my face was not at the level where double-jaw surgery was needed. They honestly told me what I didn’t need to do, saying there was really no need to do things that weren’t necessary. I didn’t feel even a hint of commercial intent from the surgeon. The consultation manager, since they’re staff I guess (?) had a slight, vague vibe... like, if you want it, you can do it kind of feeling. But the surgeon recommended against it and said, let’s just live with what we have, think about it more, and maybe shave the jaw or the nose
