I was very glad that the director took so much time and effort to explain in detail, carefully, and in depth the expected surgery, what to expect, and possible side effects. It seems they pursue a direction of operating a bit more safely without side effects rather than cutting too aggressively, and I was also told the surgery would be done under sedation, so I am torn. The manager and staff were also very kind, there was no pressure to put down a deposit, and they explained things very thoroughly. The director also seems to have pride in the surgery and does a lot of research into facial contouring.
