I had square jaw surgery 6 years ago. Since front-view results were important, I told several hospitals that during the consultation, but this was the only place that confidently talked about front-view results rather than side-view results. They pursue a line that is not too overdone, and their aesthetic sense seemed to match mine best, so I went through with the surgery. The result turned out so naturally that no one would know unless I told them, and the director said that if I wanted a definite effect I would also need muscle resection, but if I did not do that, then for life I would need Botox
