The hospital felt way too factory-like... The wait was extremely long compared with other hospitals, and the consultation manager and staff did not really take care of me at all, just left me hanging. Even though I had designated a specific director when making the reservation, the manager asked during the consultation, "The designated director is not available; who should we assign instead?" The director seemed to be trying to reflect my needs as much as possible, but the diagnosis was very different from the other hospitals. At every other hospital I consulted, they said that if it was not done with an incision it would definitely come undone, but here the director was the only one who said embedding would be enough. Since it was the last consultation slot, I felt a bit rushed during the consultation.
