I didn't have a consultation with the doctor, only with the manager. I went on a weekend afternoon and it was quiet. I don't like prominent bony features, but they really emphasized large volume. They pushed a preferred aesthetic that was different from other clinics by stressing that the volume was twice that of other hospitals, there was no desired surgery date, and reviews said aftercare was bad, so I did not make a reservation.
