The consultation coordinator handled the consultation, and when I asked if I could consult with the doctor, they said why would I need a doctor consultation and that they would explain it well themselves. They said not to do grafting and to do suction only, and they showed me a lot of before-and-after photos. Maybe because they were not confident about grafting, they did not recommend it. I liked that there were many reviews, but since there was no doctor consultation, I am not convinced enough to have surgery at this hospital.
