I remember being shocked because they refused to operate, saying it was a difficult case. Maybe because it was a weekday, there weren’t many people, and the people at the desk looked annoyed. The doctor was 40% kind and 60% annoyed. Also, there was a bit of waiting for the doctor in the consultation room. They were moving around drinking water and didn’t seem very busy, so I wondered what was going on.
