The hospital itself is not a particularly friendly place. The waiting time is long too, and the consultation director and the other staff don't give off a very friendly impression either. They do explain carefully how it can be improved, but the explanation is difficult, and because it was a surgery with a name I wasn't familiar with, it didn't feel very accessible.
