The director seemed confident and the explanations were detailed, so I really liked that. But the staff’s friendliness and response were a little disappointing They even got the appointment time wrong, and they had to retake the CT several times.. But it wasn’t that they were especially rude, they just seemed a bit quiet. The director told me what could be done could be done, but also realistically explained that they’d have to open the nose and that inflammation could happen again, so it was one of the more useful consultations I’ve been to
