I had a bulbous nose and my nostrils were way too large, but since my nose was generally big anyway (the nose itself was also somewhat large, not low), I shopped around and decided to do it here. The reason I chose this place was that I absolutely, absolutely did not want implants, and I wanted surgery using only my own tissue. I am satisfied with the result, but I recommend not making it too high. Do not make it pointy. I think you should know your own skin thickness well before having the surgery.
