The hospital atmosphere was good and the waiting time was a little long, but not too long. Both the manager and the director were kind. The director did not overtreat. They advised me based on my overall facial proportions rather than just the shape of my nose itself. After going to a clinic that only passively tailored the consultation to my needs, I felt that Highbom took a more proactive approach and suggested what would be better. They honestly said what could not be done. The consultation time was fairly long and detailed. Plan A
