A year and a half ago, I had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting to the cheekbone area, and after that my nose ended up looking turned up, or maybe it was just aging, but the alar base looked so saggy that it looked really bad, so I looked into alar reduction surgery and, after reading this community carefully, booked Haibom and had the surgery~ The manager was very kind, and they did not reduce too much during surgery. It was done with an incision, and now, 1 year and 6 months later, there is still some scar tissue inside one nostril along the surgery mark
