It was my first time going in for a nose consultation, and I already knew that my nose would need some alar reduction and cartilage binding. But here, they did not recommend cartilage binding and said it could be done after alar reduction. The consultation felt like they recommended only what suited me, without pushing too hard, and the doctor also shaped my nose and explained various things kindly.
