I went in for a consultation for my first surgery because a friend told me stories from people around her who had done it there. In terms of design, it was my favorite. But the more I looked at it, the more it felt too much like a swooshy fairy-tale nose, so I changed my mind and didn't go. The quote for basic silicone on the bridge, ear cartilage for the tip, was 430, and then they mentioned options like alar reduction and ear wing...? or something like that, and it somehow ended up over 500. I didn't choose it because it was disappointing from a budget standpoint.
