They took a CT scan first and then did the consultation, and I got the feeling that even if I explained the shape I wanted, they would still operate according to the doctor's taste... Looking at the before-and-after photos, there is a distinctive nose shape, and it seems like the kind of nose shape the director thinks is pretty. It's glamorous but also natural, so other people might find it pretty too. But I wanted an extremely, extremely, extremely natural nose...
