I had buried double eyelid surgery with Dr. Kim Hyung-seok and lower-eye-fat repositioning plus under-eye fat grafting with Dr. Lee Ho-jun. Both doctors were kind, and the surgery turned out naturally without side effects, so I am satisfied. However, although the area under my eyes became a little smoother, I did not really have severe under-eye fat to begin with, so I am not sure whether that was the effect of the repositioning or the fat grafting... I wonder if under-eye fat grafting alone would have been enough. Still, I am satisfied because there were no side effects. And Dr. Kim Hyung-seok really seems to create double eyelid lines very smoothly. Once the swelling went down, the line became truly artistic. I recommend him. The clinic is so busy with patients that it feels chaotic. Aftercare is not really provided unless the patient asks for it first.
