It was the only large hospital I went to for a consultation. The doctor and the manager were really kind, but the staff were unfriendly and not professional. I was already in a bad mood because of the unfriendly staff, but the CT scan was the deciding factor. The two people doing the CT kept having to stop the scan, maybe because they were operating it incorrectly, and they had to retake it several times. There was no explanation at all during this process. What was absurd was that after taking the scan and sitting in the exam room waiting, they said the CT had not been saved and they had to take it again. Not a single apology either.. And you have to put your chin and forehead on the CT machine, but maybe they do not wipe it, because it felt greasy and sticky, which was unpleasant. The consultation with the manager and the doctor was satisfying. In particular, the doctor listened to me more carefully than any of the other hospitals I consulted with. Judging from the reviews, they seem to do a lot of flashy noses too, but when I said I wanted something natural, they reflected that in the plan. They also carefully looked over my concerns and questions while touching my nose. The manager explained various things kindly during the consultation. Whether or not I write a review seems to make a big difference in price. I think I need to consider whether the doctor's aesthetic sense matches mine and whether the poor hospital management by the staff is a problem.
