I did contouring 12 cc + square-jaw Botox with the first-visit event. The doctor looked very busy. It felt like they were just injecting as requested without really understanding my face? I think that's unavoidable at a factory-style clinic, but I'm not sure about the Botox; the contouring, maybe because I only got it once, doesn't seem very effective
