I visited because a friend recommended a doctor she said was good, but I ended up feeling bad about the consultation manager's skill. I saw her give wrong information and use a dismissive tone, and I even witnessed her badmouthing patients behind their backs. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were nice, and the overall system was comfortable and good. I won't leave the appearance of the person I consulted with, but if someone lacks consultation skills and knowledge about procedures, at least they should have a good personality while consulting.
