I went in for a nose revision consultation. The director wasn't the talkative type, so there was no pointless waste of time, which was nice. Since it was a revision surgery, he immediately understood the line I wanted and picked up on the direction I wanted very well. There was no sense of pressure either. I had been to about three places before, and this was the only one that said they wouldn't use nose packing, which was interesting. I heard the director has a lot of experience, and he really felt like a specialist!!
