1. I decided to lower the glabella, but they put in 4.5 mm of silicone. 2. The silicone shape didn't fit, so blood pooled in the glabella and emergency surgery was done. 3. They said they would do an AS within a year, and said they would lower the silicone, fill the sunken area with artificial dermis, and refine the columella a little. But while consulting clinics specialized in implant removal and reconstruction, I judged that a simple fix for what is visible on the surface does not suit me. I felt it needed to be redone fundamentally from the start. Remove the silicone, harvest autologous costal cartilage again, reconstruct the crushed cartilage, make the nostrils round again.. major functional + cosmetic nose reconstruction surgery. The surgery cost came to 13 to 15 million won. It seems Dr. Baek Seon-saeng did his best in the surgery. He makes a high, flashy, pretty line very well, but... It only looks pretty for about a year, and once all the swelling goes down, the bridge looks artificial, the tip is pointed, and there were functional problems too. This was the hospital I chose, so I don't want to resent the doctor. I think it was my fault for being too greedy.
