The manager who did the consultation was kind, but the consultation with the doctor was really satisfying, I think. They carefully checked what exactly I was unhappy with and my current condition, and repeatedly checked whether I had any questions, which made me feel like they were paying attention to me, and I liked that. I think the surgical result turned out better than I expected.
