My occiput was so flat that I was really stressed about it, so I decided to go through with skull-shape surgery after a lot of thought. It isn't an extremely painful surgery, but wearing the bandages after surgery felt constricting and was a bit hard. The headaches gradually lessen over time. Looking at the before-and-after photos, the difference in the crown area is really big, and from the side the volume is a bit disappointing. Still, I have no regrets!
