I visited Ittem as my last stop after checking out seven places, though I had already made my decision in my mind. They didn't miss a single issue or point for improvement about my nose that I had collected from going around different places, and pointed everything out, so I happily chose here. Since I'm a minor, when I went for consultations elsewhere, they said detailed counseling wasn't possible unless my parents came with me, and I still had to pay the consultation fee, which made me sad. But even though I went alone, the manager kindly handled the consultation for meㅎㅅㅎ I had been watching the doctor's YouTube videos regularly before going, and when I met him, he was gentle and, above all, caught everything the other hospitals had missed. (My nose needs osteotomy, and among the seven hospitals, only two including Ittem suggested osteotomy!) It's a revision surgery, so I'm honestly worried and scared, but the doctor and manager explained things well, so I'm a little less scared now. + My criteria for choosing a hospital were first to screen for places that run YouTube channels, then after consultations I chose the place that gave concrete explanations and understood my nose's problems well.
