The consultation manager was an older woman, and she really made me feel comfortable, like talking to an aunt? a mom? But I’m not sure how professional she was, and she consulted me based on an ideal ratio. The director had a very good impression, but the consultation ended in almost 2 minutes? Maybe 1 minute lol. He said something like, "You can do it like this and like this," then asked if I had any questions. When I said no, he said, "Okay," and seemed to leave.. This was my first plastic surgery consultation that ended this quickly lol. But the director seemed smart and gentle, so I liked that.
