The manager was kind and tried to explain as much as possible, but did not seem to know much. They told me to talk to the doctor. The doctor looked tired and gave the impression of being annoyed? It felt like there was no environment where I could ask or say what I wanted at all. It was a waste of time, and the hospital atmosphere did not feel trustworthy at all, so I do not plan to visit.
