If you want an extremely sharp look, go for it. I hated the pointed-nose type of look, so I did it and I am satisfied. But I really regret not having the nostrils done too.. If you are going to do it, do the nostrils too. That seems to be what helps it hold up better. They recommended that back then, and I regret ignoring it so much! The line came out beautifully, and no one knows I had nose surgery at all. I go around with it as if it were my own nose, without any noticeable side effects. They say silicone is heavy and can sag, but dermis does not seem to sag
