It seems like they do dermatology and plastic surgery together, and there were a lot of people coming for procedures. First you consult with the manager, then with the doctor. They said it would take a while because the doctor was in surgery, and maybe because of that the wait was a bit long About an hour? It took a little over that.. haha The doctor seemed confident and briefly explained how they would approach the surgery. Maybe because of the long wait, it wasn't too long, which was nice.. And then the manager came back in and discussed the price and aftercare, but they looked a bit older and weren't that friendly
