I went for a consultation, and first of all, my impression was that the consultation manager was a little rude..? They kept using honorifics in a confrontational way. It was not "please do this," but more like blunt speech with a polite ending stuck on. After the surgeon consultation ended, they said the manager would come, but they kept me waiting without any explanation. When I showed I was upset by that, they finally used proper honorifics lol. And there were several moth flies constantly flying around inside the consultation room, so I was worried about hygiene. The surgeon consultation was ordinary
