I visited after checking out three or four places, and this was the only one that recommended ear cartilage plus septal cartilage for the tip instead of autologous costal cartilage. They didn't just say everything is possible and everything will work; they asked about the reasons I wanted surgery and the parts I wanted corrected, and explained each point clearly. They were very conservative in what they said, so if you want honesty, I recommend getting a consultation! My jaw sticks out a bit, so I was wondering if raising the nose would make that look better
