The consultation alone probably took a solid 2 hours, and there was about a 30-minute wait too, so you have to come expecting it to take a lot of time. I wanted the head doctor, but it was expensive, so I just went with the associate doctor. The consultation manager was kind and answered all the questions I wanted answered. But I recommend going into consultations with a clear sense of what matters most to you. No matter what anyone says, every hospital will say theirs is best and tell you to do it there, so I recommend comparing several places at least. In the end, the procedure turned out well, so not bad.
