From the time I first made the consultation appointment, they said it would take a long time, and it really did take several hours... The consultation manager was very kind and had a lot of pride in the main clinic, so she explained all sorts of things, but about half of the consultation was probably about the head surgeon's papers. The price seems to be twice as high as elsewhere, but honestly I do not know whether that kind of merit is really there. There was also a subtle push for same-day surgery...
