Nose surgery without implants I really wanted it to look natural but with a little bit of presence, so even though I asked them to make it a bit noticeable, it still turned out incredibly natural with no visible scar at all. Even up close, you can't tell. They were very clear about what could and couldn't be done, and there was absolutely no extra pushing. They said it was my decision. Two weeks after the surgery, I regretted not asking for it to look a bit more obvious, but after seeing acquaintances who had surgeries around the same time and had implants showing or pinched noses that looked obvious, I felt glad I had it done here. Even though I asked for a sharper tip, it still came out quite natural. To other people, it looks like I didn't have surgery and was just born with a naturally beautiful nose. The surgery was very neat, and after booking I still wasn't fully sure, so I had several more consultations, and they answered kindly for hours each time. It is definitely not to the point that people can't tell I had surgery, but they fixed only the exact complex I wanted corrected very well. Overall, though, if you want a flashy, pretty nose, I wouldn't recommend it. They do very detailed work on the tip of the nose.
