The waiting time was quite long, but other than that I am satisfied. If I asked about something I was curious about, they explained everything kindly. They took photos, adjusted them like a virtual surgery, and compared the before-and-after photos... they pointed out things that other clinics hadn't mentioned? Things I had missed too, which made me trust them. Honestly, it wasn't a part that bothered me much, but if I were to have surgery, it would be good to do it together while I'm at it. However, since it would be my first surgery, the estimate came out way too high... They didn't pressure me to book, and they checked possible surgery dates for me, so overall I was satisfied, but the price is a bit of an issueㅠㅠ
