I was nervous when I went in, but the atmosphere was calmer than I expected, so it was fine. They took a photo of my eyes and explained one thing at a time while looking at the condition, such as the line, muscle strength, and asymmetry, so it was easy to understand. They listened well to the parts I was worried about and didn't push surgery on me, and I liked that. They also honestly told me what kind of changes would happen if I did it, and how long recovery and swelling would take, so I could think about it realistically
