This place has a very strong, basically 'assembly-line' feel overall. Rather than the flow from consultation to procedure being systematic, it felt more like they just kept pushing people through. I honestly did not feel that the front desk or staff were particularly friendly, and overall there was a lot missing in terms of explanations and guidance because they seemed busy all the time.
