The hair removal was good, but I am not sure whether the staff were kind.. The consultation manager also just gave a very cursory look. I did not even greet the person doing the procedure; it was a factory-style process where I just lay down and they came over to do it. Since it was laser hair removal anyway, I did not really care as long as the hair was removed well. There were always a lot of people! And after 10 sessions, the laser worked so well that everything was gone except for a few single hairs, so I am satisfied.
