It was a re-re-re-revision surgery, so I had a lot of worries and felt burdened even before doing it. Most hospitals said I had to remove rib cartilage, but they operated naturally by preserving my septal cartilage and without giving the feel of unnecessary treatment. After surgery, they removed the splint in 3 days without nasal packing, and because it was a non-open procedure, breathing was much easier and there wasn’t much swelling. Most of all, the bridge between my eyes was lowered naturally, the tip was brought down, and the correction for the nostrils showing too much turned out so pretty. The only issue is that scar tissue formed inside my nose, so I got one injection, but I think I need a bit more treatment.
