I had my first surgery with natural adhesion about 2 years ago. At first the line turned out really beautiful and I was super satisfied, but after about exactly a year the line gradually started to fade, and eventually it almost completely came undone I tried to hold on by using eyelid tape, but it felt like my eyelids were just sagging more and there was no way this would work, so I decided there was no answer except revision surgery and started looking into clinics again. Since it was my second time, I visited all the hospitals famous for revision surgery, and I ended up choosing this one because the consultation felt the most compatible with me. I had no intention of getting canthoplasty, so when I said that, they told me my eyes were already sufficiently open and didn’t separately recommend or push any canthoplasty, which I liked, and I had surgery again with natural adhesion. The director isn’t the warm type, but when it came to surgery-related matters, they confidently said they’d fix it so it wouldn’t come undone, and that actually made me trust them more. Right now the line is settling in well, and it definitely feels more firmly fixed than before. I really hope it won’t come undone this time and will stay like this. If natural adhesion comes undone, don’t keep using eyelid tape; honestly, it’s better to just get revision surgery quickly.
