I had revision double eyelid surgery, non-incisional ptosis correction, and under-eye fat repositioning. My double eyelid line was too high and did not suit my eyes at all, so I decided to have revision surgery to lower the line. Compared with that, my eye-opening strength was weak, so I also had ptosis correction. My under-eye fat was not severe, but I thought it might get worse as I got older, so rather than doing it separately later, I decided it would be better to do it together and had everything done at once. Since the ptosis correction was non-incisional, the pain right after surgery was not very severe. But because this was revision surgery to lower the double eyelid line, the old scar made the surgery take a bit longer, and since I also had under-eye fat repositioning at the same time, there was definitely a heavy, tightly pulling feeling under my eyes. Still, the doctor said the surgery ended cleanly, so I felt at ease. For revision surgery, the swelling and bruising were not severe. The under-eye bruising did move downward a bit, though. Still, it disappeared quickly. It will still take more time before it looks completely like my own eyes, but even now it is not overdone and the balance is exactly right, so I am really satisfied.
